- interested : 남한테 흥미(관심)을 받는거. 

- interesting : 남한테 흥미(관심)을 주는거. 

그래서 I'm interested (0) / I'm interesting (X)

* I'm happy with + N : ~ 에 행복해 / ~에 만족해 / ~ 해서 기쁘다. 

- "Happy" 는 어떠한 상황을 겪고 나서 결과에 대해서 만족하다, 기쁘다는 의미를 가짐. 

   그렇기 때문에 처음보는 사람에게 ' I'm happy to see you.'는 맞지 않는다.

* I'm looking for ~ : 나는 ~를 찾고 있어.

* find : 찾아내다 (결과론적 의미)

- I found my car key. : 나는 내 차키를 찾았다.

* Looking for : 찾아다니다 (아직은 찾지 않은것. 진행의 의미)

- I looked for my car key. : 나는 내 차키를 찾으러 다녔다.( 찾았는지 못 찾았는지 결과는 모름. )

* I'm worried about ~ :  나는 ~ 대해 걱정하고 있어. 

- 부정형 : I'm not worried about ~

- 'Never'가 들어갈 때 (수동형이 아니라 원래대로 써준다.)

- I'm never worry about~ : 나는 ~애 대해 전혀 걱정하지 않고 있어.

- I'm not worried about my presentation.

- I'm never worry about my presentation.

3. I'm worried about my grades. : 내 성적에 대해 걱정하고 있어.

* I'm on ~ : 나는 ~ 하는 중이야. 

- " on " 1. 접촉면에 맞닿은 위.

            2. 지속되는, 계속되는 (= continue )

1. I'm on my way home. 

* home : to the house의 의미, 약간 부사느낌이 있다. 그래서 앞에 'to'를 붙이지 않는다. 

* be on one's way to 장소 : ~ 오고 있는 (가고 있는) 중이야. 

- I'm on my way to study English. 

- I'm on my way to see her. 

2. I'm on the phone. 

- I'm on the phone to her. 

- I'm calling to her. 

- I'm in the middle of calling her. 

3. I'm on a diet. 

* "go" 보통의 회화에서는 '가다'란 의미보다 '지속하다'란 의미로 많이 쓰인다.

- I'm on a diet. = I go on a diet. 

4. I'm on a break. : 잠깐 쉬는 중이야. 

5. I'm on flight 007.

6. I'm on the wagon. : 술 끊는 중이야. 

7. I'm on the computer.

* I'm in ~ : 나는 ~ 한 상태야.(상황이야.) / 나는 ~한 상황에 처해있어.

4. I'm in my early thirties. : 나는 30대 초반입니다. 

- my teens / my twenties / my fourties / my fifties

- my early 30s : 30대 초반 / my mid 30s : 30대 중반 / my late 30s : 30대 후반 

5. I'm in the middle of saying something. : 뭔가 말하고 있는 중이야. 

* in the middle of + n / ~ing : ~의 중간(물건이나 상태)

- I'm in the middle of ~ : 나는 ~ 하는 중이야. 

- I'm in the middle of the game. : 게임 하는 중이야. 

- I'm in the middle of the meeting. / dinner. / lunch.

6. I'm in charge of the sales department. : 영업부를 책임지고 (담당하고) 있어. 

* in charge of ~ : ~ 를 담당하는

7. I'm in good condition. / bad condition.

8. I'm in good health. / bad health.

- I'm calling her. : 계속적으로 다이얼을 돌리는 개념. 

- be + ~ ing : 현재 계속 진행되는 상황의 개념. 

- I'm in the middle of calling her. : 전화를 하고 있던 어느 순간의 상태. 

- be in the middle of ~ : 어떤 한지점/한순간에 ~ 하고 있었던 상태. 

* I'm (now) able to ~ : 나는 (이제) ~ 할 수 있어. 

  1. 재능 (늘 가지고 있는것.)

- I'm able to drive. : 나는 운전을 할 수 있어.( 항상 운전을 할 수 있는 재능에 대한 이야기.)

  2. (지금/ 이제 당장) 할 수 있게된것 -> 'now'를 붙여줌. 

- I'm now able to drive. : 나는 이제(지금) 운전을 할 수 있어.

 ( 운전면허를 이제 따서 운전을 할 수 있거나, 술을 마시지 않아서 운전을 할 수 있다는 상황에 대한 이야기. )

- Will be able to : 할 수 있을 것이다. 

- Should be able to : 할 수 있어야해. 

- Be not able to : 할 수 없다. 

- Be unable to   : 할 수 없다. 

[ I'm (now) able to ~ ]

1. I'm (now) able to drive. 

2. I'm (now) able to pick you up. : 너를 데리러 갈 수 있어. 

- Pick someone up :  어디 가는 길에 잠깐 들려서 데려다 주다. 

- Give someone a ride : 목적지까지 목적을 가지고 데려다 주다. 

3. I'm (now) able to start working. 

4. I'm (now) able to apply for the job. : 그 일에 지원할 수 있어.

- You should be able to apply for the job. : 너 그일에 지원할 순 있어야지. 

5. I'm (now) able to pay you back. : 너한테 돈 갚을 수 있어.

* I'm ready to + V : ~ 할 준비가 되어있어. / ~ 할 용의가 있어. / ~ 하려고 하다.

  I'm ready for + N : ~  할 준비가 되어있어.

  - I'm ready for this exam. 

  - Our team is ready for off. : 우리 팀은 떠날 준비가 되어있어. 

[ I'm ready to ~ ]

1. I'm ready to order. 

2. I'm ready to go out.

3. I'm ready to make a deal. 

4. I'm ready to give a presentation. 

5. I'm ready to ask her out. : 그녀에게 데이트 신청 할 준비가 되어 있어. 

6. I'm ready to face whatever. :  뭐든지 맞설(직면할) 준비가 되어 있어. 

* ~ 하려고 하다. 

- She is ready to cry. : 그녀는 울려고 해. 

* be ready ( for collection) : 가져가세요. 가져갈 준비가 되어 있다. 

- Your car is ready (for collection) : 카센터에 차를 맡기고 다 됐다라는 답변. 

- Your suite is ready (for collection) : 세탁소에 옷을 맡기고 다 됐다라는 답변. 

* I'm afraid ~ + 부정적인 표현 : 유감이지만 ~ 한거 같아.

1. I'm afraid you are wrong.

2. I'm afraid you are mistaken. : 유감이지만 니가 오해한거 같아. 

3. I'm afraid I stayed too long. 

4. I'm afraid I can't help you. 

5. I'm afraid I can't agree with you.

수동태로 할때는 뜻이 달라짐. 

- I'm misunderstood. : 내가 (남들로부터) 오해를 받았다. 

- I'm mistaken. : 내가 오해를 했다.
